West Quay Property Management would like to inform you of our commitment to your health and safety and wellbeing as well as the wellbeing of our staff and contractors.

There are several matters which we would like to bring to your attention.

• The West Quay offices on Barry Waterfront will be closed until further notice.

• Contact will be by e:mail to [email protected] or telephone : 01446 506079 during normal office hours Monday to Friday 9.00 am to 5.00 pm.

• Only emergency repairs will be carried out by West Quay during this time and our day to day maintenance will cease.

• Out of Hours Emergency Numbers relating only to communal building maintenance – Electrical, Fire Alarms or Plumbing (But not inside your apartment).   Waste Management, Bin Stores, faults with door entrances.

We apologise in advance for any disruption to our normal speedy service, but with this global outbreak and rapid spread of this virus, West Quay, like many other businesses, have had to take steps to help prevent the spread of the virus and to look at our contractual agreements with our contractors and suppliers.
